All WowSMM products are digital social media services. When you place an order, it is delivered over the internet to the public profile, post or video link you provide — no product is packed or shipped.
The journey of an order
You choose a service, add a public link and quantity.
The panel forwards it automatically to the service network.
Status turns In progress as delivery runs.
Status turns Completed once the full amount is delivered.
Start time and speed
Every service lists its expected start time and daily speed in its description. Many start within minutes; larger quantities and some service types take longer. When servers are busy, orders wait in a queue and continue automatically — there’s no need to reorder.

Reading your order status
- Pending — received and waiting in line.
- In progress / Processing — delivery is happening.
- Completed — the full quantity has been delivered.
- Partial — some was delivered; the rest was refunded to your wallet.
- Canceled — could not be delivered; fully refunded to your wallet.
What we need from you
Please do
- Keep the account public with counts visible
- Use the link format shown in the service
- Wait for one order to finish before the next on the same link
Please don’t
- Switch the account to private mid-order
- Delete the post or change the username
- Run another panel on the same link together
Orders blocked by private accounts, deleted posts or username changes are marked Completed without refund.
If an order is late
Platform updates, very high demand or a temporary service issue can slow delivery. If your order hasn’t started within the time listed in the service, send the Order ID on WhatsApp (+91 92099 85698) or Telegram (@wow_smm_com) and we’ll check it.
After delivery
Small natural drops are normal on social platforms. Refill-eligible services can be topped up within their refill period — see the Refunds & Cancellations page and our Terms.
