We cannot manipulate any of your data since we are using a rental panel. So, if you need a refill or refund, there are certain rules.
We've been running this panel since 2019 and have been in the business since 2017. Rest assured, your funds are 100% safe with us, and we guarantee fair and transparent services. Below are important guidelines to keep in mind when using our services:

General Rules
By making a new order or creating an account, you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions.
Make sure your Followers, Subscribers, Likes, Comments, and View Counters are not hidden. Your account must be Public, not Private, before placing an order.
If your account or posts/reels are set to Private/Hidden, or if posts are deleted, the order will be marked as Completed, and no refund will be provided.
Do not place more than one order on the same link at the same time until the first order is completed.
Do not place orders for Pornography, Politics, Extremism, or any content that stirs public opinion.
If you face any payment issue, don't worry. Just message us on Telegram — your money is 100% safe with us.
Once funds are added, they cannot be refunded to your bank. Funds will remain in your WOWSMM.com account for service usage only.
Paytm Usage: Using our Paytm details for accepting payments on your own website is strictly prohibited.
We cannot deduct your funds without your concern. The only way is through service deductions. You can verify your balance anytime on the Payments Page.
Any attempt of fraud, fund manipulation, abuse, or threatening behavior towards our support team will result in account suspension.
Do not change accounts from Public to Private after placing an order. Such orders will be marked as completed with no refunds or cancellations.
Refill Policy
No refill will be provided if you change your profile username or make your account private.
Refill applies to the Order ID only, not to links. If your link does not work, we cannot provide a refill.
Condition 1: Refill is calculated as: Start Count + Order Quantity = End Count.
Example: If your start count is 1000 and you order 1000 followers, your expected end count is 2000. You are eligible for a refill if your count drops below 2000, provided it remains above the original 1000. Each order is reviewed separately.
Refill requests may be rejected if the drop is less than 10%, as our system only considers drops above 10%.
If you ordered followers and they drop, please use the Refill Button on the Orders page or contact us on Telegram. Do not place a new order until the first one is completely refilled or marked as partial. Placing a new order will reset the start count and may result in receiving less quantity.
Refill time may vary depending on updates or system load. Usually, it is processed within 24–72 hours. During Instagram updates, refills may take longer. Please be patient until the system stabilizes.
Condition 2: If your account already has a large number of followers (for example, 100K) and you order 30K, natural drops may occur from old followers. In such cases, we cannot guarantee refill. Therefore, it is recommended to order all followers from our side so we can track and refill properly.
No refills will be provided for 100K–1M+ base accounts if the order is less than 30% of the existing follower count.
Example:
• 100K account → Minimum 30K order
• 500K account → Minimum 150K order
• 1M account → Minimum 300K order
Always order from the same provider. Do not split orders across multiple panels or providers, as this may affect refill eligibility.
No refill will be provided for profiles that are Flagged for Review or have no posts.
Refill is only guaranteed if followers drop from the End Count (Start + Ordered Quantity), subject to the following conditions:
No refill if the drop is less than 10%
No refill if followers are mixed from other providers
Do not place orders on large base profiles (100K–1M+) unless you follow the above conditions. If you still place orders and drops occur, neither refill nor partial will be provided.
If you purchase a No Refill service, no refill will be provided in any case, whether due to drop or incomplete delivery.
Refund Policy
No refund if you place the same order on WOWSMM.com and another panel simultaneously for the same link. We do not support or encourage this.
If you place an order with wrong or non-working links, it will be automatically canceled and refunded to your WOWSMM.com wallet balance.
Partial = Refund for the undelivered portion. Example: If you order 1000 and receive 500, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Canceled = Full refund. If an order is canceled, the full amount will be refunded to your wallet.
Refund requests for running orders may be possible for some services, but not for fast-working services.
If an order is marked Completed, you must report any issue within 24 hours for a possible solution.
For No Refill Services, no refunds or refills will be given, whether delivered, partially delivered, or marked complete.
During Instagram updates, only partial refunds may be provided. Refills may take longer.
Username switching tricks to claim refills will not work. Accounts caught attempting this will be banned immediately.
This is a multi-vendor platform; system errors may occur. Please deal with them calmly and always read our T&C.
Important Notes
Do not click on potential spam notifications on Instagram about removing fake/spam accounts. If you do, and followers drop, it will not be our responsibility. No refills will be provided in such cases. Inform your clients as well. A 100% drop is not possible with our old account services.
Always keep all order IDs linked to the same account handy when requesting refills. Submit complete details to avoid delays.
For Live Views, always take screenshots with time, username, and count visible. Fake documents will result in immediate account suspension.
Behavior Policy
Any abuse, threats, or misbehavior with our support team will result in permanent account suspension.

WOWSMM.com is a multi-vendor reseller platform, providing services from different providers.
We operate as a mediator, reselling services with a small margin.
We are not responsible for social media account creation or content policies.
Provider details are never disclosed due to security reasons.

नया ऑर्डर करने या अकाउंट बनाने का मतलब है कि आप हमारी Terms & Conditions को मान चुके हैं।

एक बार फंड जोड़ने के बाद उन्हें बैंक में रिफंड नहीं किया जा सकता। ये सिर्फ आपके WOWSMM.com वॉलेट में रहेंगे और सेवाओं में उपयोग होंगे।
Paytm Usage: हमारे Paytm डिटेल्स का अपनी वेबसाइट पर पेमेंट लेने के लिए इस्तेमाल करना सख्त मना है।
बिना आपकी जानकारी के हम आपके फंड्स डिडक्ट नहीं कर सकते। फंड्स सिर्फ सर्विस डिडक्शन के जरिए ही कटेंगे। आप Payments पेज पर अपना बैलेंस कभी भी चेक कर सकते हैं।
किसी भी तरह का Fraud, Fund Manipulation, Abuse या सपोर्ट टीम को धमकी देने पर आपका अकाउंट Suspend कर दिया जाएगा।
ऑर्डर लगाने के बाद अकाउंट को Public से Private न करें। ऐसे ऑर्डर Completed मान लिए जाएंगे और कोई रिफंड/कैंसिलेशन नहीं मिलेगा।
Refill Policy
अगर आप Username बदलते हैं या अकाउंट Private करते हैं तो कोई Refill नहीं मिलेगा।
Refill सिर्फ Order ID पर लागू होता है, लिंक पर नहीं। अगर लिंक काम नहीं करता तो Refill नहीं मिलेगा।
Condition 1: Refill इसी फॉर्मूले पर आधारित है → Start Count + Order Quantity = End Count.
उदाहरण: अगर Start Count 1000 है और आपने 1000 Followers का ऑर्डर दिया है तो Refill तभी मिलेगा जब आपका काउंट 2000 से नीचे चला जाए (लेकिन 1000 से ऊपर रहना चाहिए)।
Refill रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट हो सकती है अगर Drop 10% से कम है।
अगर आपके Followers Drop होते हैं, तो Orders पेज पर Refill बटन दबाएँ या Telegram पर संपर्क करें। नया ऑर्डर न लगाएँ जब तक पहला Refill पूरा न हो जाए।
Refill समय 24–72 घंटे तक ले सकता है। अगर Instagram पर Update चल रहा हो तो इससे भी ज्यादा समय लग सकता है, कृपया धैर्य रखें।
Condition 2: अगर आपके अकाउंट में पहले से बहुत ज्यादा Followers हैं (जैसे 10K) और आप सिर्फ 1K ऑर्डर करते हैं, तो पुराने Followers Drop हो सकते हैं। ऐसे केस में Refill नहीं मिलेगा।
बड़े अकाउंट्स (50K–1M) पर अगर ऑर्डर 30% से कम है तो Refill नहीं मिलेगा।
(उदाहरण: 1M Followers वाले अकाउंट पर कम से कम 300K+ एक ही Provider से ऑर्डर करें। Providers बदलकर छोटे प्रॉफिट के लिए काम न करें।)
Flagged for Review या No-Post प्रोफाइल्स पर Refill नहीं मिलेगा।
Refill सिर्फ उन्हीं केस में मिलेगा जब Followers End Count (Start + Order Quantity) से Drop हों और ये शर्तें पूरी हों:
Drop 10% से ज्यादा हो।
Username न बदला हो।
Followers दूसरे Provider से न मिले हों।
Refund Policy
अगर आपने एक ही लिंक पर WOWSMM.com और किसी और Panel से एक साथ ऑर्डर लगाया है, तो Refund नहीं मिलेगा।
अगर आपने गलत या Non-Working लिंक डाला है, तो ऑर्डर अपने आप Cancel होकर आपके WOWSMM.com Wallet में Refund हो जाएगा।
Partial = सिर्फ न डिलीवर हुई Quantity का Refund। उदाहरण: 1000 का ऑर्डर दिया और 500 मिले → 50% Refund।
Canceled = पूरा Refund। अगर ऑर्डर Cancel हुआ तो पूरा पैसा Wallet में Refund हो जाएगा।
Running Orders पर Refund सिर्फ कुछ सर्विसेज में मिलता है, Fast Services में नहीं।
अगर ऑर्डर Completed दिख रहा है तो आपको 24 घंटे के अंदर Issue बताना होगा। तभी Refund/समाधान मिल सकता है।
No Refill Services पर कोई Refund या Refill नहीं मिलेगा (चाहे Deliver हुआ हो या नहीं, या Completed दिख रहा हो)।
Instagram Updates के समय सिर्फ Partial Refund मिल सकता है, Refill में Delay हो सकता है।
Username बदलकर Refill माँगने वालों को तुरंत Ban कर दिया जाएगा।
ये एक Multi-Vendor Platform है, System Errors हो सकते हैं। ऐसे मामलों में शांति रखें और हमेशा T&C पढ़ें।
महत्वपूर्ण नोट्स
Instagram पर Spam Accounts हटाने की Notifications आती हैं। इन्हें Ignore करें। अगर आपने इन पर क्लिक किया और Followers Drop हुए तो हम जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
हमेशा अपने Clients को बताएं कि 100% Drop हमारे Old Account Services में संभव नहीं है।
Refill रिक्वेस्ट करते समय उसी अकाउंट से जुड़े सभी Order IDs सबमिट करें।
Live Views के लिए हमेशा Screenshot लें जिसमें Time, Username और Count दिखे। Fake Proof देने पर अकाउंट Suspend कर दिया जाएगा।
व्यवहार नीति
सपोर्ट टीम को गाली देना, धमकी देना या दुर्व्यवहार करने पर आपका अकाउंट हमेशा के लिए Suspend कर दिया जाएगा।
हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म के बारे में
WOWSMM.com एक Multi-Vendor Reseller Platform है, जहाँ हम अलग-अलग Providers से सेवाएँ Resell करते हैं।
हम सिर्फ Mediator का काम करते हैं, Social Media अकाउंट बनाने या Content Policies से हमारा कोई लेना-देना नहीं।
Security Reasons से हम Provider Details शेयर नहीं करते।
