WowSMM (“WowSMM”, “we”) runs the SMM panel at wowsmm.com and its mirror applesmm.com. This page describes how we treat the personal information of everyone who visits, signs up or places an order. Using the panel means you accept the practices below.
What we collect
We keep the information to the minimum needed to run your account:
- Sign-up details — your name, username, email and, if you add it, a WhatsApp or phone number.
- Google account basics — if you use “Sign in with Google”: your name, email and profile photo. Your Google password never reaches us.
- Order data — the public links/usernames you submit, the service, quantity, charge and status of every order.
- Wallet activity — deposit amounts, method used and the transaction reference shared by the payment provider.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type and login times, used to spot fraud and keep accounts safe.

We never
- Ask for your Instagram/YouTube passwords
- Sell or rent your data
- Use Google data for ads
- Store your card or UPI PIN
- Post anything on your social accounts
Google Sign-In data
When you choose Google Sign-In, the name, email address and profile picture we receive are used only to create your WowSMM account and log you in. This data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who can see your data
- Payment providers process your deposit with their own security; we only receive the result and reference.
- Hosting and infrastructure partners store data so the panel can run.
- Service partners receive only the public link of an order so it can be delivered — never your name, email or phone.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How we protect it
The panel runs on encrypted HTTPS connections and access to customer data is restricted to the team that needs it. No online system is completely risk-free, so please use a strong password and never share your login.
Someone messaging you as “WowSMM support” and asking for a password or OTP is not us. Report it on WhatsApp.
How long we keep it & deletion
Account and order data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for support, disputes and accounting. To close your account and erase your personal data, email [email protected] from your registered email or message us on WhatsApp (+91 92099 85698). Records the law requires us to keep may be retained.
Your choices
- See or correct the details on your account at any time.
- Stop using Google Sign-In and log in with a password instead.
- Ask for a copy or deletion of your personal data.
- Turn off non-essential cookies in your browser (some features may stop working).
Cookies
Cookies keep your session active and remember small preferences like currency and language. They are not used to sell your browsing to advertisers.
Outside links & young users
Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube or payment pages lead to services with their own privacy rules. WowSMM is not meant for children under 13, and we delete such data if we learn about it.
