Every WowSMM service is digital and starts automatically, often within minutes. Because of that, money cannot be pulled back to a bank once it is in the panel — instead, every eligible refund is credited to your WowSMM wallet. This page should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Where refunds go
All refunds — automatic or approved by support — are added to your WowSMM wallet balance. They are not sent to your bank, UPI or card. Your balance never expires and works on every service, and every credit is listed under Transactions.
Cases where you get money back

Example: you pay for 2,000 views and 1,500 are delivered — the price of the missing 500 is returned to your wallet.
Cases where no refund is possible
No refund if
- The order is Completed and no issue was reported within 24 hours
- The profile/post became private, hidden or was deleted
- The username or link was changed after ordering
- The same link was running on another panel at the same time
- The service is labelled No Refill / No Refund
- The content breaks our rules (adult, political, extremist, gambling, scam or hateful)
Avoid problems by
- Keeping the account public until completion
- Placing one order per link at a time
- Reading the service description before ordering
- Checking the link format twice
- Reporting issues quickly with the Order ID
Cancelling an order
- Cancellation is only possible before delivery begins and only on services that allow it.
- Instant services usually begin within seconds, so they cannot be cancelled.
- If some quantity was already delivered, the order becomes Partial and only the remainder is refunded.
- Completed orders can’t be cancelled. Every request depends on the order’s live status.
How to ask for a cancel or refund
Open Orders and press Cancel if the button is shown.
We check the live order status with the service.
If approved, the amount appears in your wallet.
Manual checks are normally finished within 24–72 hours.
Deposits & payment problems
- Money added to WowSMM stays as wallet balance and is not refundable to bank, UPI or card.
- Balance is only deducted when you place an order — check the Payments and Transactions pages any time.
- Payment done but balance missing? Send your username, amount and transaction reference on WhatsApp.
- Opening a chargeback or dispute after the balance has been used leads to account suspension.
Refill is not the same as refund
A refill tops up a drop on refill-eligible services; a refund returns money. Refill eligibility is checked as:
Start Count + Ordered Quantity = End Count
If the count falls below the end count, send the Order ID for a refill. The complete refill rules are in our Terms.
During platform updates
When Instagram or other platforms roll out updates, some services slow down or stop. In that period only partial refunds may be possible and refills can take longer — the undelivered amount is always returned to your wallet.
